Select the iOS 12 beta version you downloaded before. You will then be prompted to select the IPSW file you wish to update to. While doing this, click the ‘Update’ button.
Hold down Shift (Windows) or Alt/Option (Mac).
Select your device from the left-hand menu of iTunes.
Backup your data before attempting to update.
Plug your device into your computer and open iTunes.
Download the latest iOS 12 beta IPSW from the links above.
This is a beta version, therefore it will likely have some bugs.
iTunes 12 or higher must be installed (for method 1).
After installing the beta profile, open the Apple Watch app on your phone, head over to General > Software Update > Download and Install, then install the new software. Make sure that your Apple Watch is charged at least 50% and connected to a WiFi network.
Now install watchOS 9.5 beta profile on your iPhone, then authorize the profile by going to Settings > General > Profiles.
Tap on watchOS 9.5 beta available under featured downloads.
At first, you need to login to Apple Developer Program website.
